压力控制阀
压力控制阀的作用:
1、用来控制液压系统中油液压力;

溢流阀应用实例
(1)为定量泵系统溢流稳压和定量泵、节流阀并联,阀口常开。

DBW 型压力阀是一种先导式溢流阀。
它们用于限制和电磁驱动卸载工作压力。
该阀主要由带主阀芯插件 (3) 的主阀 (1) 和带压力调节元件的先导控制阀 (2) 和一个集成方向滑阀 (16) 组成。
该阀的功能与DB型阀基本相同。然而,主阀芯 (3) 的卸载是通过控制安装的方向滑阀 (16) 来实现的。

比例溢流阀的压力等级要与系统所需要的压力相适应,以确保较好的分辨率。 系统需要调节的较高压力是180bar,则比例溢流阀的压力等级应该是210左右 .不应该是315bar等太高的等级。原则是尽量使比例溢流阀的较高控制压力略大于系统所需要的较高压力。
先使系统安全阀全开,比例溢流阀输入电流为零,再起泵。然后保持安全阀为零,给比例阀输入较大电流 .慢慢调节手调安全阀的手柄,使系统压力逐步上升,将比例阀输入电流降下来,直到系统需要的较高压力,记录对应当输入电流数值。这就是系统要求的较高压力说对应的电流,如果用计算机控制或用信号发生器输入,将这个电流较为输入电流的限制值。
