意大利ATOS阿托斯E-MI-AC型插头式电子放大器(用于不带传感器的单或双电磁铁比例阀。)
产品简述:E-MI-AC型电子放大器为插头式,用于驱动单个或双个ZO(R)-A型电磁铁比例阀。放大器对电磁比例阀提供所需电流以校准阀的调整量,使之与输入信号相对应。该类放大器用于开环控制系统。
ATOS放大器为合式放大器,用于驱动两个电磁铁比例阀。放大器对电磁比例阀提供所需电流以校准阀的调整量,使之与输入信号相对应。该放大器用于开环控制系统。放大器通过对电磁铁提供一切换电流,使阀的调整与输入信号(电压或电流)成比例。为保证阀的调整精度,可用放大器上的电位器调整增益和偏流。供给放大器的输入信号通常是由外界电位器或PLC控制单元提供。放大器由偏流调整、增益调整、PWM调制组成,电流调节范围0-1安,负载阻抗10-45Ω,两通道单独,可以与YUKEN油研比例阀(泵)zui佳匹配使用。
PWM调制,负反馈恒流控制;带参考电源输出;电源反接保护,有效防止误接线导致放大器烧毁;电源及工作状态指示;

ATOS电子器件包括:模拟式、数字式放大器和控制器 ,特别适用于电液系统的运动和压力控制。电子放大器可以为欧式板式结构或直接集成在阀上;可以是闭环控制形式也可是开环控制形式 。
ATOS放大器类型: E-MI-AS、E-BM-AS、E-RIAES、E-RI-TES、E-RI-LES、E-RI-TERS、E-RI-AERS、E-RI-PES、E-RA*、E-ME-T、E-BM-AC、E-ME-AC、E-ME-K、E-ME-L、E-MI-AC、E-RA防爆型、E-RI-TE、E-RP-AC、E-RP-DC;
1. 开环控制的E-MI-AS、E-BM-AS、E-RIAES 适用于阀型号:不带集成式传感器任何比例阀;

2. 闭环控制的E-RI-TES(闭环控制)、E-RI-LES(双闭环控制)适用于阀型号:带集成式传感器,ISO阀&插件;安装形式:集成到阀上;闭环控制的E-RI-TERS、E-RI-AERS适用于阀型号:压力控制,ISO阀&插件;E-RI-PES适用于PV变量泵,集成到阀上,双闭环控制;
