1.按用途和功能分:
(1)进给驱动系统:是用于数控机床工作台坐标或刀架坐标的控制系统,控制机床各坐标轴的切削进给运动,并提供切削过程所需的力矩。主要关心其力矩大小、调速范围大小、调节精度高低、动态响应的快速性。进给驱动系统一般包括速度控制环和位置控制环。
(2)主轴驱动系统:用于控制机床主轴的旋转运动,为机床主轴提供驱动功率和所需的切削力。主要关心其是否有足够的功率、宽的恒功率调节范围及速度调节范围;它只是一个速度控制系统。
2.按使用的执行元件分:
(1)电液伺服系统其伺服驱动装置是电液脉冲马达和电液伺服马达。其优点是在低速下可以得到很高的输出力矩,刚性好,时间常数小、反应快和速度平稳;其缺点是液压系统需要供油系统,体积大、噪声、漏油等。
(2)电气伺服系统其伺服驱动装置伺服电机(如步进电机、直流电机和交流电机等)。其优点是操作维护方便,可靠性高。其中,
1)直流伺服系统其进给运动系统采用大惯量宽调速永磁直流伺服电机和中小惯量直流伺服电机;主运动系统采用他激直流伺服电机。其优点是调速性能好;其缺点是有电刷,速度不高。
2)交流伺服系统其进给运动系统采用交流感应异步伺服电机(一般用于主轴伺服系统)和永磁同步伺服电机(一般用于进给伺服系统)。优点是结构简单、不需维护、适合于在恶劣环境下工作;动态响应好、转速高和容量大。
HCS03.1E-W0150-A-05-NNNN力士乐伺服控制器伺服系统(servo mechanism)是使物体的位置、方位、状态等输出被控量能够跟随输入目标(或给定值)的任意变化的自动控制系统。伺服主要靠脉冲来定位,基本上可以这样理解,伺服电机接收到1个脉冲,就会旋转1个脉冲对应的角度,从而实现位移,因为,伺服电机本身具备发出脉冲的功能,所以伺服电机每旋转一个角度,都会发出对应数量的脉冲,这样,和伺服电机接受的脉冲形成了呼应,或者叫闭环,如此一来,系统就会知道发了多少脉冲给伺服电机,同时又收了多少脉冲回来,这样,就能够很较好的控制电机的转动,从而实现较好的定位,可以达到0.001mm。直流伺服电机分为有刷和无刷电机。有刷电机成本低,结构简单,启动转矩大,调速范围宽,控制容易,需要维护,但维护不方便(换碳刷),产生电磁干扰,对环境有要求。因此它可以用于对成本敏感的普通工业和民用场合。

1、主回路
主回路中驱动器上的U,V,W 及E号端子与伺服电机主回路航空插头的A,B,C及D号端子必须按次序逐一对应地连接,否则有可能使驱动器或伺服电机造成损害。交流伺服驱动器接线端子如图3所示。

2、控制回路
(1) 联接器CN I/F信号线(50 针):作为外部控制信号的输进/输出。其留意事项是:
?用24V,d.c.的电源,作为控制信号的供电。
?伺服驱动器与其它设备间的连线应尽量短(3m以内)。
?控制线与电源线应尽量隔开(大于30cm),并且不要将它们捆在一起或放在同一接线槽内。
?对于CN I/F 信号线应采用双绞屏蔽线,并且将屏蔽线与驱动器的信号地(GND)连在一起。
(2) 联接器CN SIG信号线(20 针):作为伺服电机编码器的连接线。其留意事项是:
?将屏蔽线同CN SIG的GND引脚相连,将电机屏蔽线同驱动器屏蔽线相连接。
?电缆线较长的长度为20m,若太长,驱动器内保证编码器正常工作的输出电压(5V)会有损失,从而使编码器不能正常工作。此时应调节伺服驱动器在前面板上的PG电位器,调节PG可使起始电压在4.75——5.25V之间。
?同电源线(R,S及T)相隔间隔应尽量远(大于30cm),并且避免捆在一起或接在同一接线槽内。
六、交流伺服驱动器用户参数设置
松下大型MINAS V系列的全数字式交流伺服驱动器MDD203AIV有一系列的参数,通过这些参数的设置和调整,用户可以改变系统的性能和功能。调试前应首先设置的参数有:
1、参数No.02:设置驱动器控制方式为“0”———位置(脉冲)控制方式;
2、参数No.25:设置指令脉冲分/ 倍频分子为“10000”;
3、参数No.26:设置指令脉冲分/ 倍频分母为“1000”;
4、参数No.29:设置指令脉冲输进方式为“3”——— 选择脉冲串指令输进及符号输进。
留意:在位置控制方式时,通过对No.25及No.26参数的设置,可以很方便的与各种频率的指令脉冲源相匹配,以达到用户理想的控制分辨率(即:角度/脉冲)。因二者的值差异过大会造成控制精度下降,所以推荐设 置No.25/No.26(即:电子齿轮比)为:1/50< 电子齿轮比<20。
在生产线上安装调试时,伺服电机在停止或运行状态中会发生振荡和噪声,即不能在负载条件下获得较合适的响应和稳定性,此时需要进行基本增益调整。在位置控制方式时,在工作现场进行基本增益调整的用户参数有:
1、设置参数No.03的值至非常大值而不至于发生振荡为止;
2、设置速度环积分时间常数参数No.04 较小值,其值越小,位置偏差值相减越快;
3、设置位置环增益参数No.20 非常大而不发生振荡为止;
4、设置参数No.21,将速度前馈系数设置为较小(0%)。
增益调整时应留意的事项:
1、增益的较 优值依负载而定,若负载变化,则需要重新调整。
2、若位置环增益过大,机械刚性较高,有可能导致振荡。
3、若采用驱动器的速度环而外加位置环单元,伺服系统的位置环增益会由于速度指令输进增益参数的改变而改变。
4、若增益设置值过大,会引起振荡,这时应减小设置值从而停止振荡。若不能停止振荡,则关掉电源和伺服系统信号,然后再开启电源将增益恢复到较小的值。
