旋蜗壳泵是由泵体、支架体、盖、轴、上轴承部件、下轴承部件、叶轮、吸入弯管和底座，其中支架体位于泵体顶部，吸入弯管和底座位于泵体底部，泵轴、上轴承部件和下轴承部件位于支架体内，叶轮位于泵体内，吸入弯管和底座为一体式结构，上轴承部件和下轴承部件分别通过螺栓固定在支架体内，支架体通过螺栓连接在泵体顶部。

进口立式蜗壳泵将吸入弯管与底座合为一个零件，加大了吸入弯管的强度与刚度，能够承受更大的流动介质的作用力，降低泵体的振动;泵盖与支架体合为一个零件，结构简化，便于维护检修;上、下轴承部件可一起从支架体中取出，便于维护检修。

混流泵为卧式、单级、单吸、前后开门结构、悬臂式混流泵。适

用于输送清水或物理、化学性质类似于水的其它液体，被输送液体的

温度不宜高于50℃。广泛适用于农田排灌、工业和城市给排水等多种场合。

2、特点：

 结构简单、使用可靠、装拆方便、体形小、重量轻、流量大、效率高。

3、传动方式：

有直联传动和皮带传动两种。常用动力机是电动机和柴油机，订货时

 应注明动力机的型号（功率、转速），以便确定皮带轮或联轴器的规格。
