单作用叶片泵

单作用叶片泵的定义:叶片在离力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。通过改变两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积大小变化,完成吸油排油过程,且叶片旋转一周,完成一次吸油与排油的叶片泵。

特点: 

1.泵每转一转,每个密封腔吸油压油一次

2.转子上受液压不平衡力,为非平衡式泵

3.改变偏心距大小,可改变排量,为变量泵

 

单作用叶片泵的工作原理

泵由转子1、定子2、叶片3、配油盘和端盖等部件所组成。定子的内表面是圆柱形孔。转子和定子之间存在着偏心。叶片在转子的槽内可灵活滑动,在转子转动时的离心力以及通入叶片根部压力油的作用下,叶片顶部贴紧在定子内表面上,于是两相邻叶片、配油盘、定子和转子间便形成了一个个密封的工作腔。

当转子按逆时针方向旋转时,右侧的叶片向外伸出,密封工作腔容积逐渐加大,产生真空,于是通过吸油口和配油盘上窗口将油吸入。而在图的左侧。叶片往里缩进,密封腔的容积逐渐缩小,密封腔中的油液经配油盘另一窗口和压油口1被压出而输出到系统中去。

 

工作过程分析

单作用叶片泵的定子具有圆柱形内表面,定子和转子间有偏心距。若有Z个叶片,则定子圆周被分成Z部分。这里用r表示转子外圆半径,用R表示定子内表面半径。在垂直于转子轴的平面内,s1表示密封工作空间的较小值(即叶片滑出的距离较短),它在半径方向的尺寸为[(R-e)-r]; S2表示密封工作空间的较大值(即叶片滑出的距离较长),它在半径方向的尺寸为[(R e)-r]。

 

利用等效法推导计算公式

从单作用叶片泵的工作过程可以看出,在离心力的作用下,叶片的顶端一直与定子内壁接触,由于定子内表面半径为R,则其周长为2πR,而叶片的行程为2e,故在转子转动一周的过程中,任意相邻的两个叶片所围成的工作腔,在半径方向上的变化幅度都等于2e.在计算单作用叶片泵的排量时,可将其工作过程等效视为:叶片的顶端先集中在长度为2πR 直线段上,然后同时沿着定子圆周的法线方向移动2e的距离。则密封容积几何尺寸的变化量可以等效长方体体积。

机床是指制造机器的机器,亦称工作母机或工具机,习惯上简称机床。一般分为金属切削机床、锻压机床和木工机床等。现代机械制造中加工机械零件的方法很多:除切削加工外,还有铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、挤压等,但凡属精度要求较高和表面粗糙度要求较细的零件,一般都需在机床上用切削的方法进行终加工。机床在国民经济现代化的建设中起着重大作用。

车床是主要用车刀对旋转的工件进行车削加工的机床。在车床上还可用钻头、扩孔钻、铰刀、丝锥、板牙和滚花工具等进行相应的加工。车床主要用于加工轴、盘、套和其他具有回转表面的工件,是机械制造和修配工厂中使用广的一类机床。

 

锻压机床

锻压机床是金属和机械冷加工用的设备,他只改变金属的外形状。锻压机床包括卷板机,剪板机,冲床,压力机,液压机,油压机,折弯机等。

 

液压机是一种以液体为工作介质,根据帕斯卡原理制成的用于传递能量以实现各种工艺的机器。液压机一般由本机(主机)、动力系统及液压控制系统三部分组成。液压机分类有阀门液压机,液体液压机,工程液压机。

 

液压机(又名:油压机)液压机是一种利用液体静压力来加工金属、塑料、橡胶、木材、粉末等制品的机械。它常用于压制工艺和压制成形工艺,如:锻压、冲压、冷挤、校直、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉深、粉末冶金、压装等等。

它的原理是利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液体压强传动的机械,种类很多。当然,用途也根据需要是多种多样的。如按传递压强的液体种类来分,有油压机和水压机两大类。

 

液压机是一种以液体为工作介质,用来传递能量以实现各种工艺的机器。液压机除用于锻压成形外,也可用于矫正、压装、打包、压块和压板等。液压机包括水压机和油压机。以水基液体为工作介质的称为水压机,以油为工作介质的称为油压机。液压机的规格一般用公称工作力(千牛)或公称吨位(吨)表示。锻造用液压机多是水压机,吨位较高。为减小设备尺寸,大型锻造水压机常用较高压强(35兆帕左右),有时也采用 100兆帕以上的非常高压。其他用途的液压机一般采用 6~25兆帕的工作压强。油压机的吨位比水压机低。

 

基本原理是油泵把液压油输送到集成插装阀块,通过各个单向阀和溢流阀把液压油分配到油缸的上腔或者下腔,在高压油的作用下,使油缸进行运动.液压机是 利用液体来传递压力的设备。液体在密闭的容器中传递压力时是遵循帕斯卡定律。四柱液压机的液压传动系统由动力机构、控制机构、执行机构、辅助机构和工作介质组成。动力机构通常采用油泵作为动力机构,一般为积式油泵。为了满足执行机构运动速度的要求, 选用一个油泵或多个油泵。低压(油压小于2.5MP)用齿轮泵;中压(油压小于6.3MP)用叶片泵;高压(油压小于32.0MP)用柱塞泵。各种可塑性 材料的压力加工和成形,如不锈钢板的挤压、弯曲、拉深及金属零件的冷压成形,同时亦可用于粉末制品、砂轮、胶木、树脂热固性制品的压制。
