装载机行走液压系统
1.基本组成
装载机行走液压系统。它由主液压泵(带变量油缸)、补油泵、压力补偿阀(DA控制阀) 、高压切断阀、前进后退换向电磁阀、微动阀、高压溢流阀(过载阀) 、低压溢流阀(补油阀) 、单向阀、液压马达 (带伺服油缸)、前进后退梭形阀、伺服阀、滤清器5和油冷却器组成。
2.液压泵控制
(1)方向控制
采用双向变量柱塞泵,通过电开关操纵前进后退换向电磁阀,改变液压泵油流方向,实现行驶方向改变。该阀有三个位置(前进、中位和后退),相应前进、停车和后退。
(2)车速控制
补油泵排:量随发动机转速(油门开度)自动变化。在其出油道上设节流孔B。液流经过节流孔B产生的压差Ap与补油泵的流量有关,而补油泵是定量泵,其
流量与发动机转速成正比,将此压差Ap引入DA控制阀,此DA控制阀在以下三个力作用下取得平衡:压差Ap,弹簧力和通向液压泵变量油缸反馈的先导油压P。液压泵的变量油缸在弹簧力作用下,处于中位排量零,随着操纵变量油缸的先导油压P的增大,液压泵排量随着增大。压差Op确定先导油压P,发动机
转速确定节流孔前后压差Ap。因此操纵油门踏板,改变发动机转速n, Op和液压泵排量随之改变。当发动机在怠速状态时,液压泵排量为零。随着发动机转速增高,液压泵排量逐渐增大,实现自动控制。由于变量泵是油门连动控制的,因此只需操纵油门踏板就能控制车速。
(3)微动控制
微动阀操纵可以通过连杆和制动踏板连动,微动阀也可以独立布置。通过制动压力来操纵微动阀,使控制液压泵排量的先导油压降低,减小液压泵排量,
能实现与发动机转速(油门开关)无关,即使发动机在高转速下,而液压泵的输出流量很小,实现机械微动。
(4)高压切断控制
当静压驱动系统油压达到设定大值,高压切断阀切断通向换向电磁阀的先导油压,使液压泵变量油缸油压下降,液压泵变至小流量,减少能量损失。
3.液压马达控制
液压系统采用变量马达,其控制装置由前进后退梭形阀,伺服阀和变量油缸组成。液压马达的排量由伺服油缸活塞杆位置确定,其位置由伺服阀控制。伺服阀阀芯右端受控制液压泵排量的先导油压作用,其阀芯左端受静压驱动系统油压反馈作用和弹簧力作用。伺服阀在液压泵先导油压、驱动系统油压和弹簧力作用下取得平衡,确定其位置。伺服阀芯位置确定伺服变量油缸活塞杆位置,活塞杆位置确定液压马达排量。从力平衡可知:随着系统油压增加,液压马达排量增大,随着液压泵先导控制油压上升,液压马达排量下降。
HST马达PQ特性:在某设定压力以下时,液压马达在小排量下工作。在设定压力以上一段压力范围。随着压力升高,液压马达排量逐渐从小至大。到达一定压力以上时,液压马达在大排量下工作。
液压马达排量随液压泵先导控制油压
(发动机转速).上升而下降,当发动机在怠速状态时,液压马达排量处于大位置,随着发动机转速上升,液压马达排量逐渐减小。
前进后退梭形阀的作用是前进后退变化时,实现高低压油路转换。

振动压路机采用液压行走系统, .可实现驱动系统的无级变速,同时使换向更加轻便柔和;减轻操作人员的工作强度,司机只需将发动机油门拉到大位
置,通过调节变量泵的斜盘倾角就可以很容易的设定行驶速度。
振动压路机的液压行走系统的要求和基本组成
串联式振动压路机为例,对其行走系统进行分析。
1.对行走驱动系统的要求:
(1)无级调节行驶速度;
(2)可控制加减速;
(3)平稳地改变行驶方向;
2.基本组成
串联式振动压路机的液压行走系统和液压制动系统。
1.驱动泵总成;2.换向伺服阀;3.分动箱;4.发动机;5.轮边减速器;6.车轮制动器;7.前驱动马达总成;8.驱动压力测压接头;9.冲洗冷却阀;10. 限乐卸载阀;11. 溢流阀;12. 补油泵;13. 吸油真空表;14. 吸油滤清器具;15.补油压力阀;16. 油箱;17.补油单向阀;18.后驱动马达总成;19. 驱动系统旁通阀;20.制动阀。
振动压路机的行走驱动系统一般由以下几部分组成:
(1)泵——马达闭式驱动油路系统:采用双向变量泵1, 定量或有级变量马达7、18,与轮边减速器制成一体的车轮马达,内置弹簧制动油压放松制动器,结构紧凑。闭式回路中的马达通常并联,以保证有足够大的输出转矩驱动车轮。
(2)冷却补油限压系统:补油泵12、补油压力阀15、补油单向阀17、冲洗冷却阀9和限压卸载阀10等组成。
(3)操纵控制系统:油泵变量操纵机构、制动操纵机构。
3.油泵变量操纵机构
(1)人工机械伺服操纵机构:采用杠杆手操纵或脚踏板操纵。例如凸轮控制,设计凸轮曲线使得具有良好的加减速成性能和换向性能。
(2)先导油压伺服操纵:泵斜盘倾角与控制油压信号压力成正比,油泵斜盘倾角变化加减速度即变排量响应速率,从零排量至大排量的时间,反之从大排量至零排量时间,都取决于先导控制流通的节流孔的大小。通常设计一系列节流孔以满足实际使用所需各种斜盘倾角变化响应速率。
(3)电伺服操纵:油泵的斜盘倾角与输入电信号成正比。人工操纵产生电信号,然后电液压力控制先导阀将其转变为油压信号,并输入伺服阀。
4.液压制动系统
一般情况下,压路机用方向操纵杆制动,即静压制动,当方向操纵杆处于中位时,驱动泵的排量为零,没有油液进行主回路,压路机在惯性的作用下停车,此时制动器不工作,始终是脱开的。
当进行停车制动和紧急制动时,操纵电磁制动阀20,由车轮制动器6实现制动:切断电磁制动阀20,补油泵12的压力油不能进入制动器6,制动器6与油箱16相通,靠弹簧压紧摩擦片实现制动。
当发动机启动,并且制动按钮不起作用的情况下,补油泵的压力油通过制动阀20进入制动器,顶开弹簧,脱开摩擦片,压路机可以正常行走。
(1)驱动泵设有“中位”启动自锁装置,只有方向操纵杆置于中位时,发动机才能启动,避免发动机带载启动和发生意外危险(中位开关,油泵不回零位,发动机不能启动);
(2)过载时,油泵排量减少,回中位:
(3)急停阀:电操纵电磁阀,使油泵回中位。
