二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

PH：2.8～4.0

温度 (Temperature) ：20～40℃

时间 (Time) ：0.5～5 min                                

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and controlling)

1.每天分析槽液酸度并及时调整，每处理100m2约消耗DBR-802：0.2～0.3kg。

Analysis of the bath concentration one time a day ,according to the analysis results to adjust,the DBR-802 consumption is 0.6～1.2kg for each 100m² treatment.

 2.正常生产时如处理时间延长且补加DBR-802效果仍不理想，建议更新部分槽液。

When dipping time extended or added more DBR-802, the coating the coating surface is still not satisfactory, we suggested update some of solution of tank.

 3.不生产时加盖槽液以防其它槽液及杂物串入污染。

Covered the tank when stop producing to prevent contamination.
