温度 (Temperature) ：20～40℃

时间 (Time) ： 1～8 min                                

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and controlling)

1.每天分析槽液浓度并依据分析结果及时调整，每处理100m2约消耗DBR-801：0.6～1.0kg。

Analysis the bath solution concentration one time a day ,according to the analysis results to adjust.

DBR-801 of consumption is 0.8～1.5kg for each 100m² treatment.

 2.每天检测一次槽液PH值，偏高用稀酸调整；偏低用水稀释槽液。

The PH value of the bath need to detection every working time, when it is high, use the hydrofluoric acid to adjust, when the PH value is low, adjust with sodium hydroxide. .

 3.正常生产时如处理时间延长且补加DBR-801效果仍不理想，建议更新部分槽液。

When dipping time extended or added more DBR-801, the coating the coating surface is still not satisfactory, we suggested update some of solution of tank.

 4.不生产时加盖槽液以防其它槽液及杂物串入污染。

Covered the tank when stop producing to prevent contamination.
