铝门窗单头组角机主要用于角码结构的平开门窗 45 °接缝的挤压联结。

组角前，在两个被联结的型材腔内放一公用角码，定位夹紧后，

两个液压驱动的冲头力度强冲向角码的凹槽处，使型材外壁产生较久性的冷变形。

将两型材接缝挤压，使联结具有螺钉或其它联接方法所不具有的高度度、效率高率、高精度。 

The machine is mainly used for extrusion and connection of 45 ° seam casement window with angle joint structure.

After locating and clamping,the two hydraulic driven punching blocks punch towards the flute of cornerbrace, 

making the outer wall of the profile permanently colddeformed.
