The mould temperature machine consists of media box, heating cooling system, power transmission system, liquid level control system and temperature sensor, injection port and so on. Normally, the pump to make hot fluid in the power transmission system from medium box has a built-in heater and cooler to mould, again from the mold back to medium tank; The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the hot fluid and transfers the data to the controller part of the control. The controller regulates the temperature of the hot fluid, which indirectly adjusts the temperature of the mold. If in production mold temperature machine, mould temperature more than set value of the controller, the controller will open the solenoid valve connected to feed line, until the temperature of the heat transfer fluid, namely the temperature of the mold back to the set value. If the die temperature is below the set point, the controller will turn on the heater.
